11. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you change your mind after purchasing the kit and decide to cancel the order before we start the kit supply process, you can request a refund of your money. To do this, contact us as soon as possible at info@seqplexing.com indicating in the subject CANCELLATION plus the order number. You have a limited time to exercise this option, since at the time your order is processed in our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the shipment and you will have to request its return following the bases of the next section. Depending on the volume of orders, this time can vary from 60 minutes to 6 hours. The amount will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase process.
12. RETURN AND REFUND
Seqplexing offers a return period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, as long as the sample has not already been sent back to the laboratory. To request the return you must send an email to info@seqplexing.com indicating RETURN in the subject. A return shipping label will be provided so that you can return the product to our warehouse. However, the amount to be returned is subject to the following conditions :
- - If the product has not been opened (the envelope remains closed), return your kit following the instructions and the full amount of your purchase will be refunded, discounting the relevant shipping and handling costs.
- - If the product has been opened (the envelope has been opened), you do not need to return your kit to us, as it has to be discarded for hygiene reasons. In this case, the amount of your purchase will be refunded with a penalty of € 40.
- - If you have already proceeded to send the sample back to our laboratory, we cannot proceed to refund the amount paid.
Any amount to be reimbursed will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase process and within 21 days of receiving confirmation from our Customer Service department. At the time of confirmation, we will cancel your extraction kit and any samples sent to the laboratory will not be processed. Remember, no refund will be made after 30 days or if you have already sent the sample back to our laboratory.
13. DEFECTIVE EXTRACTION KITS
In the unlikely event that your extraction kit arrives damaged, contact Customer Service at info@seqplexing.com to request a new kit.
14. SAFETY PROTECTION FOR BUYERS
Payments for purchases in Seqplexing are made through Redsys, with all encryption and data transfer security systems through the SSL protocol, so that the buyer will enjoy the protection of these channels.
